The Process 

The majority of prospective buyers we meet have never built a custom home before and need guidance as to what steps come first, second, etc. There is a great deal of thought, time and effort invested in your custom dream home from beginning to end. Our job as your builder is to walk with you and talk with you through the entire process. Our wish is for you to move into this long held dream with excitement, feeling certain the thought, time and effort was worth it. The steps to reach your dream are:

Note:  Many come to us at various stages in the plan process and we will gladly assist you in this process. If possible, we like to review your plans with you before you consider them “complete”. With our many years of building experience, we often can help keep costs in line.
